2.Photoelectric device detects length of paint-spraying parts on the spraying bracked and whether it’s in empty working position,to ensure paint-spraying alignment.

3.The transmission system consists of motor,frequency converter,decelerator,cylinder tensile mechanics,chain and chain wheel,to ensure smooth running.

4.The heating channel system consists of electric-heater and fan,the temperature of channel can be auto-controlled,after paint spraying,the spraying parts will go through and dry in the heating channel, then auto-unload from the spraying bracket.

5.The paint-spraying table which made of of stainless steel,consists of auto-spraying gun,diaphragm pump,high-efficient ventilator and stainless steel water pump.it is durable and corrosion resistant.
