| NUTRIZEN Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (EVCO) is the natural oil
extracted from the "first cold press" of the finest fresh, matured
and organically-grown coconuts. It is extracted through a unique
natural process where all the valuable characteristics and
nutrients of coconut oil are preserved. Nutrizen EVCO has a mild and distinct natural coconut aroma and taste. Most of commercial grade vegetable or coconut oils go through a process known as RBD (Refine, Bleach, Deodorize), which make the nutrients and natural taste disappear, and may contain harmful chemicals. Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) contains no cholesterol. It is high in lauric acid, the main nutrient found in mothers� breast milk that is known to strengthen human immune system. It is made up mostly of medium chain fatty acids (MCFA) making it easier to digest and absorb by the body. | Manufacturing Process 2. Coconut meat is taken out from its shell and grinded. 3. Grinded coconut undergoes cold air drying to remove water/moisture. 4.
