Atterntion Points For Tyre Storage

1. Tyres should be stored in dry warehouse and kept from direct sunlight.It's not advisable to store in much air place.The temperature in the warehouse should be controlled between -10°c and 30°c,and the relative humidity should't be near to generating equipment or other ozone generating place for preventing from oxidization.

2.Tyres should be place one metre away from heat source.it is not allowed to place tires together with oil,inflammable objects,acid,alkli and other chemical object.

3.The external tyres or wrapped tyres in set should be placed vertical to the frame.Regularly change the pivot,an least once three months.

4.When tires are stored in sets.They should be slightly inflated.Meanwhile ,appl some powder on the surface of the inner tubes.

5.Wrapped tyres should be stored with packages.

6.The tyres should be stored in batch according to the production.And we should use them by turn.
