Warp knitted microfiber fabric and cloth are one of the most popular microfiber products. Warp towels is widely used on cleaning and dust removal such as car cleaning, furniture cleaning, room cleaning and so on. Also, there are warp microfiber fabric used as sport towels, beach towels and printed as a gift towels and so on.
So for warp microfiber cloth, different customers ideas lead to different usages and applications. The different polyester content on microfiber material will be different characteristics and advantages. For example, high polyamide content will be better for towels water absorption and 100% polyester warp towels is good for printing effects.

Microfiber Content: 80% Polyester,20% Polyamide; 85% Polyester,15%
Polyamide;90% Polyester,10% Polyamide or customized microfiber yarn
of 70% Polyester,30% Polyamide
Microfiber Cloth Weight(gsm): 190gsm-360gsm, microfiber warp fabric
weight (gsm) can be customized based on customers' requirements
Towels Color: OEM dyed with the pantone color number customers
provided or based on the fabric color samples confirmed
Microfiber Towels Edge Stitching： Laser Ultrasonic cut
edge(edgeless), standard high elastic edge sewing or cloth hemming
edge
Towels Washing Label: Ordinary PE plastic material washing label,
stain washing label or printed logo
Package: Bulck Package with OPP bags, Paper card fine package or
