F -Description of the model BT88005
1- The structure of the chair is made of welded lightweight 6063 anodized aluminum tubes.
We use high strength 25 mm diameter tubes with a resistance up to 150 Kgs for the whole
structure.
2- The seat is composed with our eco-friendly but high strength and durable natural looks”
poly-rattan in 4 mm diameter round shape and reinforced steel wire.
3- Armrests are made of Q235 (China standard) steel with high chrome finish of 5m
(micrometer) thickness for maximum scratch and wear resistance. We also overmolded black
ABS armrest protection for comfort. The armrests are maintained in position with 4 stainless
steel hexagonal M6 screws.
4-The supporting tray and pneumatic cylinder are made of Q235 steel with black powder finish.
The gas cylinder has a stroke of 120 mm to give you full control of the adjustable
height and another to control the leaning of the chair.
The gas cylinder and his support tray are conform to the BIFMA 5 and BS5459
standards and can support up to 380 Kgs.
5- The 300 mm radius from center to outside leg chair base is made with Q235 stamped and
welded steel tubes in 38 mm diameter with a wear and scratch proof 5 m (micrometer)
chrome finish.
The base come with it' s 5 hard wearing PU casters guaranteed for more than 50,000
rotations !
These casters have a load capacity of more than 50 Kgs each ! and come in 50 mm diameter.
6- To help save money on freight charges which are not cheap these days, we propose 2 kinds of
packaging for 40 feet high cubes :
a) 1,025 CKD (completely knocked down) chairs, Staking 41 seats high in polybag, 5 chair
bases high in polybag and 1025 cartons also stacked filled with others small parts.
b) 336 cartons of 57 cm x 57 cm x 63 cm for ease of freight and storage. The customer has
only to open the carton use the 4 Hexagonal M6 stainless steel screws to fit the support tray
and the seat.
