Since our founding in 1986, Packard has grown dramatically.
What was once a small New England business has grown to a
nationwide paper roll and ink supplies distributor. While we
have become a national company, our customer service still
maintains that small business feel. We do not screen any
calls and if you need a specific person our friendly staff will
make sure you get in contact with that person as quickly as
possible.
Our ability to maintain a small business perspective comes from our
family based atmosphere. President and founder, Steven Stone
took our company name and values from his father’s paint company
Packard Paint. He learned that in business you must offer
exceptional customer service while having competitive pricing from
his father and the tradition continues as he passes the savings
onto you. Steven has a combined 27 years in the paper
industry and will make sure that your experience with Packard will
be fast, easy and efficient.
