You will always find that the separator in our batteries are in
double quantity, the material should be updated long and superfine
fiber separator with higher absorptive and lower resistance, which
helps batteries service longer.
· We recommend only using consistent battery types. DO NOT mix new
and used batteries together as it will reduce overall performance .
· To avoid cycle-life shortening, we recommend not discharging the
battery below 40%.
· It is highly recommended to use a battery balancer to extend the
battery service life when multiple batteries are connected in
series and/or in parallel.
· We highly recommend installing the battery upright. It is allowed
to install the battery on its side only if there are special
reasons for doing so.

1. How many life cycles does this GEL battery have?
This CASISolar 12 Volt 12ah Deep Cycle Gel Battery enables more than 1000 charge/discharge cycles at 50% DOD (Depth of
Discharge) in cyclic applications.
2. Will the battery come with the terminals? And if not, what's the
size of the connector terminals?
Yes, it comes with two copper screw terminals. The size is M8 x
1.25 x 16 mm.
3. Can your gel battery be charged by e-bike charger with AC?
Depends. The charging current should be less than 0.25C10. For
example 25A is the max for 12V100AH battery. So only chargers
within the permissible voltage range can be used.
4. How to properly store the Gel battery?
Store it in a dry and cool place at -30℃~50℃. Charge it to full
before delivery and recharge after three months.
5. How can I fix this GEL battery if I over discharged it?
It can be restored to normal voltage and continues to operate
normally through low-current charging. Please note that frequent
over-discharge may cause irreversible damage to the battery's life.
To avoid cycle-life shortening, we recommend not discharging the

6. What is the maximum charge current? Optimal charge current?
The max charge current for this battery is 60A. The optimal charge
current should be based on whatever the charge controller will give
it as the optimal charges based on the current level of the
battery. An intelligent battery charger or solar charger will take
care of the optimal charge for the battery.
