The expansion devices of the GQF-C, GQF-Z,GQF-L types are applicable for the sealing of bridges with less than 80mm expansion amount, while the expansion devices for the GQF-MZL type consist pg edge beam, center sill, beam and interlock structures and are applicable for medium and large bridges with the expansion amount ranging from 80mm to 1200mm.

Technical conditions for design and manufacture
-Design load: is designed based on the over 20-level load of vehicles regulated by the JTJ-88(1995) Technical standard of highway engineering.
-The rolled section used in the this structure is 16 Mn bridge-dedicated steel, the tensile strength of which is no less than 480 Mpa, and the bending tress allowed is no less than 210Mpa.
-16Mn or *45 steel is used as the supporting beam, and the bending tress allowed of which is no less than 210Mpa.
-Steel with no less than Q235-strength can be used as other supporting steels.
