Product Description
The reverse osmosis(RO) water filter system is an equipment to purify water with the action of pressure difference of semi permeable membrane. RO membranes can effectively remove majority of organics, harmful substances, bacteria, particulates etc. RO system is widely used in water treatment, purification for tap water, well water, underground water, borehole salty water, brackish water and seawater, pure water and ultra-pure water production, power stations, electronic industries, medicine manufactories, and medical treatment.

Working Process
Raw water pump→ mechanical filter(quartz sand filter)→ activated
carbon filter→ sodium-ion exchanger(water softener)→ security
filter→ high pressure pump →Reverse osmosis→ Ozone sterilizer (UV
sterilizer)
1. Water tank: storage of tap water, to solve the problem of
insufficient tap water pressure and the back booster pump due to
the impact of insufficient water, reduce the failure rate
2. Booster pump: equipped with a stainless steel pump, to provide
sufficient pressure for subsequent filtration
3. Quartz sand filter: mainly remove the mud, suspended solids and
large particles in the tap water
4. Carbon filter: mainly remove organic substances, residual
chlorine and odor in tap water
5. Water softener filter: mainly remove the calcium and magnesium
in tap water, reduce the hardness of water
6. Security filter: further filtration, protection of reverse
osmosis membrane
7. High pressure pump: provide enough pressure for reverse osmosis
system
8. Reverse osmosis unit: the core part of pure water equipment, the
production of high-purity water.

1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to silica

2. Silica Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter,
organic matter, colloid and so on
3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic
matter, harmful matter and so on
4, Softener--reduce the hardness of water
4. Micron filter--prevent any deposition of large Particles, most
of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is
5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron,
dust, suspended matter, impurity.
5. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at
least 2.0 Mpa).
