1. Brand Burner
The brand of the burner is Italy Baltur, we also use Rellio. There are gas burner, oil burner, and oil and gas duel fuel burner. The fuel could be diesel, furnace oil, bunker oil, natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, and LPG, etc.
2. PLC electric control cabinet
The electric control cabinet adopts PLC touch screen, you can find the working condition of this boiler, such as combustion state, pressure, water level, and smoke temperature. In addition, the cabinet is used for set up the parameter, record and analyze the operation data, etc

How to save fuel consumption ?
The operation of gas boiler is divided into three parts: start
furnace, run, stop. Each stage is very important, we need to pay
attention.
1. Start the boiler
Start the gas boiler, in order, switch on the power, activate the
control cabinet, replenishment and other operations. Note that the
burner and the condensing circulation pump are interlocked and they
must be operated at the same time, then can reach good effect of
energy saving.
2. Running
(1) First,the user should pay attention to observe the operation of
the equipment, especially the water level, pressure, etc., to
ensure that the operating pressure of the boiler below the rated
pressure;
(2) During running, replenishment timely , and sewage regularly,
most important thing is to pay attention to detect water quality,
to ensure the steam quality.
(3) Gas boiler operation site, during the operation of the boiler,
the Secretary of the furnace workers must be there, always
concerned about the operation of the boiler dynamic, the staff
can’t leave optionally.

3. Shut down
Shutdown operation should be based on the correct shutdown
sequence, and do boiler maintenance work to ensure the stability
