Big Size Cast Resin Transformer Foil Coil Winding Machine With 1600mm Width Copper Strip BRJ1600-2 is a professional equipment for winding Cast Resin or Air Cooled transformers coil. Copper or aluminium strip can be used to make cast resin transformer coil. This machine can wind the strip with maximum width 1600mm. A 30kw motor provides big pulling force to be used to drive the winding shaft. The foil winding machine can handle two layers of foil and two layers of insulation paper at most. Photoelectric sensors are used to rectifying the deviation of the foil when the foil is wound. Touch screen provides a user friendly interface for easy operating.
