How about the sample policy?
We can provide free samples but charge for transportation expenses.

Do you have stock? When can I get it if I pay?
For 90% items have stock, we can send out within 48 hours. For items not available, we need about 3-12 days to produce and it also depends on your order quantity.

How to place the order?
After details confirmed, we will make a PI for your checking. After receiving a deposit, we will start producing. Normally, we will deliver the goods after receiving the balance payment.

What is the payment method?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer)
1. For total amount under US$1000, 100% in advance.
2. For total amount above US$1000, 30% deposit, the rest before shipment.

Can I change my order once it is confirmed?
We regret that we are unable to remake it once one order is produced. We don't have any refund policy for confirmed and flawless product, but we accept your changes before we send the order to production.

Can I get refund? If yes, then how?
If we make your order wrong in color, size or model, we will produce again for free or you can ask for refund for this order.
