Production Description

Hydrophilic aluminum foil is a kind of hydrophilic treatment for aluminum foil. After a special process, a layer of hydrophilic layer is coated on the surface of the aluminum foil. The condensed water will disperse quickly on the hydrophilic aluminum foil, and will not condense into water droplets, thus increasing the heat exchange area and speeding up the cooling and heating speed, the noise caused by the condensation water blocking the air flow is also effectively avoided. Hydrophilic aluminum foil is the main raw material of heat exchanger for household air conditioner, which has a great influence on the efficiency of air conditioner. If the raw material of heat exchanger is hydrophilic aluminum foil, the refrigeration efficiency can be increased by 5% , and it has the function of anti-corrosion, anti-mildew and no peculiar smell. National Standard GB / T 3880-2006 for aluminium alloy sheet and strip. In GB / T3880-2006, the thickness of 0.2 mm or less is called aluminum foil.
