Cause: incorrect installation of brake caliper and / or brake pad
will lead to inconsistent angle of each brake pad relative to the
brake disc and different wear speed of each side. The local severe
overheating of the friction contact surface is the cause of blue
spots.
Effect: excessive hot spots can cause gradual vibration and may
also reduce braking efficiency.
Solution: If necessary, check and repair the brake caliper. Replace
the brake pads and check that the type and shape of the new pads
match the application.

Appearance: the small end of the brake disc is torn or broken from
the brake surface of the brake disc.
Cause: mechanical stress due to misalignment of brake disc center
during assembly. Incorrect assembly or positioning of brake caliper
and brake disc leads to continuous asymmetric wear on the brake
surfaces on both sides of the brake disc, and finally the small end
of the brake disc is torn from the brake surface of the brake disc.
Impact: at the beginning, there will be huge noise and vibration in
the braking process. When the small end of the brake disc breaks
from the braking surface of the brake disc, it will lead to
mechanical failure.
Solution:Thoroughly inspect the brake system and its associated
components. Replace all faulty parts, install new brake discs, and
tighten the brake discs according to the tightening torque and
sequence recommended by the manufacturer. Before installing the
brake disc, please check the assembly position of the brake caliper
body on the axle
