This machine is automatic frequency-type double-headed counting machine for piece/grain, widely used in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical industry for counting and filling tablets, pills, capsules and other special-shaped pieces, this equipment full compliance with GMP requirements.

1. Shaking head adopts eccentricsieve movement and ultra-quite flexible structure, can adjust the eccentric sieve movement frequency steplessly.

2. Small noise, stable falling pieces, correct counting, speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion.

3. With the optical system for stop falling pieces when no piece, the design principle is advanced, structure is reasonable and compact, automatic stop when no bottle.

Machine Induction

Under the driving of the vibration, the pills pass through the regulating valve below the material container, moving forward in order and fall into counting tunnels. When the pill reaches raster holes, the counting photoelectric will produce a pulse signal and counting. The signal is grouped into the left and the right, accumulated and sent to the PLC. When the set quantity is reached, the flashboard will close. At the same time, the bottle to be filled is already in its position. The funnel cylinder board opens, and the counted pills fall into the bottle. Then the tunnel begins another counting, the positioning cylinder opens, and the filled bottle is sent to the next process. A new bottle is placed under the funnel, a new round of counting and filling starts.
