Molded pulp packaging machinery uses waste paper as raw material to make the pulp into model products of various shapes according to different uses. These pulp packaging products can be used as packaging liners for eggs, fruits, drinks, shoes, precision devices, fragile glass, handicrafts, etc., and have good cushioning and protection properties.

Production Process

Molded pulp products can be simply divided into four parts: pulping, forming, drying and packaging. Here we take egg tray production as an example.

Pulping: waste paper is crushed, filtered and put into the mixing tank in a ratio of 3:1 with water. The entire pulping process will last about 40 minutes. After that you will get a uniform and fine pulp.

Molding: pulp will be sucked onto the pulp mold by the vacuum system for shaping, which is also a key step in determining your product. Under the action of vacuum, the excess water will enter the storage tank for subsequent production.

Drying: formed pulp packaging product still contains high moisture content. This requires high temperature to evaporate the water.

Packaging: finally, the dried egg trays are put into use after finishing and packaging.
