The GRT-300 is a comprehensive instrument for measuring earth resistance by precision 4-wire method, 3-wire method, simple 2-wire method, selection method or double clamps method, as well as for measuring soil resistivity and ground voltage.

With the design of large-caliber current clamp and the use of double clamp measuring technology, the GRT-300 is capable of performing on-line measurement without the need to install auxiliary pole and isolate the grounding body from the equipment.

The GRT-300 tester is rated to IP54 making it truly an outdoor instrument. A large, clear, easy to read backlit LCD display and thumb sized test buttons makes the instrument particularly suited to the outdoor conditions of ground testing.

The GRT-300 Digital Earth Resistance and Soil Resistivity Tester is powered from 6V/4.5Ah lead-acid battery which are widely available and deliver excellent testing time, and last more than 100 hours for standby. The battery charger is built in and the instrument is supplied with an adaptor. The battery status is display using a bar-graph.

The GRT-300 tester complies with stringent safety standards and are rated to CAT III 300V and CAT IV 150V. The ground impedance complies with IEC61557-1, and the soil resistivity complies with IEC61557-5.
