Controlled by the output signal of the pulse valve blowing control

valve of the pulse valve is connected to the control valve, and the

controller has no signal output, the exhaust port of the control
valve is closed, and the nozzle of the pulse valve is closed; when
the controller sends a signal, the exhaust port is opened, and the
pressure of the gas outside the back pressure of the pulse valve is
reduced.
The pressure difference is generated on both sides of the
diaphragm, the diaphragm is displaced by the pressure difference,
and the pulse valve is blown open. At this time, the compressed air
is ejected from the air bag through the pulse valve through the
small hole of the blowing pipe (the gas ejected from the blowing

bag filter bag are as follows:
1. The material of the bag filter is not matched with the dust
characteristics, and the local stomata are infiltrated. For dust
with large concentration, small particle size, high humidity and
high viscosity, the filter bag should be selected from the dust
bag. The membrane filter bag is made of a polytetrafluoroethylene
microporous film coated with a needle filter cloth. The outer
surface of the filter bag is thin, lubricated, microporous, small
in pore diameter, high in porosity, and extremely low in friction
coefficient. Non-stick bag;
2. The dust removal load of the bag filter and the filtering wind
speed of the filter material are too high. If the dust of the bag
filter system is too high, and the filter material has a high wind
speed, the pressure difference of the filter bag will increase. The
dust removal load of the bag filter and the filtering wind speed of
the filter material should be reduced, that is, the filtration area
is increased, so that the filter material filtering wind speed is
lowered.
3. Improper setting of relevant parameters of the pulse blowing
system will result in poor cleaning effect of the bag filter. If
the time interval of the pulse injection of the filter bag is too
long, the pulse spray width is too short, the tightening air
pressure is too low, the filter bag tension is reduced, the dust on
the filter bag will accumulate too thick, and the wood dust bag
will seriously affect Dust removal effect. At this time, the
relevant parameters of the pulse injection system should be reset
to match the practice of dust filtration;
