The HY-580 Digital Ultrason is Flaw Detector is an advanced,
intelligent, and user-friendly portable ultrasonic inspection
instrument independently developed by our company. It features a
high-resolution 2.7-inch color display that ensures clear
visibility even under direct sunlight. The device is equipped with
automated parameter settings, including automatic testing of probe
zero point, sound velocity, and K value, as well as the automatic
generation of DAC and AVG curves. This functionality effectively
addresses common issues in conventional portable ultrasonic flaw
detection equipment, such as slow parameter adjustments, complex
calibration processes, and frequent errors. The instrument utilizes
imported high-quality mainboard components, ensuring enhanced
durability and stability. A high-shielded lithium battery is
integrated to prevent power interference during inspections.
Additionally, the device supports password protection for parameter
settings, allowing flaw detection personnel to securely store their
customized parameters, which are permanently retained and protected
from unauthorized modifications. Users also have the flexibility to
customize their own flaw detection report formats.
The HY580 digital ultrasonic flaw detector can detect internal
defects (such as cracks, inclusions, pores, etc.) and can
automatically perform positioning, assessment and diagnosis. It is
widely used in various industries including metal materials, metal
