According to the structural form and driving mode, deep well pumps can be divided into four product series, which are suitable for different working conditions:
1. Vertical long shaft deep well pump (L-type)
Technical features: The motor is placed on the ground and drives the downhole impeller through a long transmission shaft, with a head range of 30-300m and a flow rate of 10-200m ³/h
Core advantage: Easy to maintain on the ground, suitable for clean water sources with small amounts of sediment (≤ 100g/m ³)
Typical applications: Large scale farmland irrigation systems (single pump can cover more than 500 acres of farmland), industrial cooling water circulation
2. Submersible electric pump (QJ type)
Technical features: Integrated motor and pump body submerged underwater, IP68 protection level, water resistance depth of 50-300m, supporting 220V single-phase/380V three-phase power supply
Core advantages: No transmission shaft energy loss, efficiency improvement of 10%, noise<75dB (ground measurement)
Typical applications: household well water supply (common flow rate 5-20m ³/h, suitable for 100-150mm well diameter), decentralized water supply in mountainous areas
3. Horizontal deep well pump (HW type)
Technical features: horizontally installed on the wellhead platform, adopting a double suction impeller design, with a single-stage flow rate of up to 500m ³/h and a head of 10-50m
Core advantage: Preferred for high flow and low head scenarios, can be directly connected to horizontal water pipelines
Typical applications: Mine drainage (with a daily discharge of over 10000m ³ per pump), urban groundwater recharge projects
4. Special deep well pump
High pressure resistant type: with a pressure bearing capacity of up to 6MPa, suitable for geothermal wells (water temperature ≤ 120 ℃) and oil associated water extraction
Permanent magnet frequency conversion type: equipped with IE5 level permanent magnet synchronous motor, frequency conversion range of 10-50Hz, energy saving rate of 30%, supporting PLC remote control
Solar deep well pump: matched with 12V/24V DC motor, equipped with MPPT controller, with an average daily working time of 8-10 hours (under standard lighting conditions)
