Description
This is a customized MoSi₂ heating element specifically developed for heating scenarios with confined furnace chambers and irregularly shaped cavities. Using high-purity silicon-molybdenum (MoSi₂) as its core material, it features a 90° right-angled U-shaped structure, allowing for flexible adaptation to the installation space of layered, compact industrial kilns and laboratory electric furnaces. Its right-angled layout of the heating and cooling sections breaks the limitations of conventional planar designs, maximizing the use of limited internal furnace space. Installation can be completed without additional modifications to the furnace structure, adapting to the thermal field setup requirements of various non-standard heating equipment.
Advantages
Robust High-Temperature Resistance: Rated operating temperature ≤1700℃, short-term withstand temperature up to 1800℃. Under high temperatures, a dense protective oxide film automatically forms on the surface, resisting corrosion and extending service life.
More Uniform Heating: Stable heat distribution across the heating section, high heat transfer efficiency, effectively reducing localized temperature differences within the furnace chamber and ensuring workpiece machining accuracy.
Super Convenient Installation: Smooth connection between hot and cold ends, customizable cold end length, adaptable to various furnace body interfaces, significantly reducing debugging time.
